    It is designed to unite Russia, CIS, France, European countries, European Union countries in order to provide assistance and guarantees to all those who call for help in order to find the best solutions in the business world, to ensure that disputes between European companies and CIS countries have received a special, privileged means of their legal method to resolve them.
    The European Brussels Court of Arbitration and mediation (EAC) was founded on July 8, 2004
    EAC is an independent, unbias tribunal, which provides legal assistance in solving economic disputes between legal entities and individuals in Russia, the CIS countries and the European Union.
    EAC promotes the harmonization of procedural and arbitration legislation of Russia, the CIS countries and the European Union, participates in the development of a single European Code of Arbitration.

    The Bar Association, in the person of Pavel Astakhov was involved in the legal aspects of a presentation in support of the nomination of the Sochi city as the capital of Winter Olympic Games in 2014.
    The presentation took place in February 2007 in Sochi before the estimation commission of the International Olympic Committee.
    This presentation has made a significant contribution to the well-deserved victory for Russia and as the city of Sochi as the capital 2014 Olympic Games.

    TV show "Chas Suda" was established in 2004. Leading judge - lawyer Pavel Astakhov. "Chas Suda" - the judicial education program that creates respect for the law, helps to solve the real problems of citizens, contributes to a positive image of the court in the minds of people and the credibility of the Russian justice.
    The editorial of "Chas Suda" receives more than 20 thousand letters a month and up to 1.5 thousand calls a day with requests for legal assistance and for reviews of actual court cases. This prompted editors and lawyer Pavel Astakhov to find new forms of legal assistance:
    In 2005, came out 6 books in the series "Chas Suda with Pavel Astakhov" in the form of legal advice.
    In September 2005, "Chas Suda" opened its legal advice (call center), where daily from 9-00 to 18-00 by phone you can obtain free qualified legal assistance.
    In 2005, came out 3 disc DVD release of a series of "Chas Suda with Pavel Astakhov", which are also educational tool for students.
    "Chas Suda" 5 times a week has a wide television audience and enjoys confidence and credibility within the citizens. The program is socially meaningful, contributes to forming a civil society and to the realization of the basic objectives of judicial reform - the strengthening of Russian justice. Also, it has promptly responded to publicly significant events in the country and the world.
